1. Guide: How to Install the PsiSyn Takistan Life Mod (Step by Step) [UPDATED 14/02/2018]
2. Step 1 - Download the required PsiSyn Mod folder by one of two methods:
3. Google Drive - Click Here *Google Drive has proven faster for some users*
4. If you have chosen to download from Google Drive you need to make sure when the .rar file has downloaded that you unzip it and move it to where you are storing your mods for Arma 3.
5. (e.g. C:Program Files (x86)SteamsteamappsCommonArma 3)
6. NOTE: If you have downloaded through this method, please check Arma 3 Sync for any repository updates prior to joining the server as the Google Drive link is outdated from time to time.
7. If you are unsure of how to run a check in Arma 3 Sync, I have published a guide to assist you. This guide can be found here.
8. Arma 3 Sync Repository - ftp://213.32.6.131/.a3s/autoconfig (You need to download Arma 3 Sync from Armaholic.) *A3Sync can be faster or slower depending on the number of people using it*
9. If you have chosen to download through the Arma 3 Sync you need to make sure your 'Addon Options' section in Arma 3 Sync is directed to where you are storing your mods for Arma 3.
10. (e.g. C:Program Files (x86)SteamsteamappsCommonArma 3)
11. When you have downloaded the '@Psisyn-Takistan' folder and put it in the place you have chosen to store your Arma 3 Mods you then need to open up your Arma 3 Launcher and click the 'MODS' section.
12. When in the 'MODS' section you need to click the '+ Local mod' button and navigate to where you have stored the '@Psisyn-Takistan' folder (Image).
13. You then need to enable the '@Psisyn' mod by clicking on the box next to the mod in the launcher.
14. Your 'Loaded mods' section should now look like (Image).
15. Step 2 - Download the required CUP Files for the server:
16. Hover over the 'COMMUNITY' section of your steam client and click on 'Workshop'.
17. Click on the bar in the 'Workshop' section labeled 'Search for a Workshop' and search 'Arma 3' then click enter.
18. Click the 'Search Arma 3' bar and type in 'CUP Terrains'.
19. When the search has been completed a number of Workshop Mods will appear.
20. From there, you need to hover over the following mods and click the subscribe (+) button:
21. CUP Terrains - Core
22. When all of the above CUP Mods have been subscribed to open up Arma 3 Launcher from Steam.
23. When the launcher opens go to the section named 'MODS' and you should see the CUP mods downloading.
24. When the mods have finished downloaded enable them all.
25. Your completed 'Loaded mods' section should look like (Image).
26. Step 3 - Installing the TaskForceRadio TeamSpeak Plugin:
27. Once both Steps 1 & 2 have been completed you need to go to the place that you have stored the '@Psisyn-Takistan' Mod folder.
28. Click into the '@Psisyn-Takistan' folder and then go to the folder named 'TFR Installer'.
29. Make sure your TeamSpeak 3 Client is closed before proceeding to the next step.
30. When in the 'TFR Installer' folder you should see a file named 'task_force_radio'.
31. You need to run this application and in the bottom of the pop-up window click 'Install'.
32. You will then be prompted a trust window by the installer. Click 'Yes'.
33. TaskForceRadio's TeamSpeak plugin is now installed.

36. NOTE: Updates to the mod '@Psisyn-Takistan' are recommended to be done via Arma 3 Sync as Google Drive will make you re-download the entire mod to replace old files.
37. I have published a guide on how to update your mods via Arma 3 Sync, it should come of great help to you no matter if you downloaded through Google Drive or Arma 3 Sync originally.
